Imagine a strobe light with a particular shape: thanks to the BINT LED STRIPS, you can!
A creative way to carry out stroboscopic observations: thanks to the use of special flexible LED STRIPS, the light source becomes dynamic.
The new BINT stroboscopic LED STRIPS are designed to offer a dynamic and flexible lighting experience, which is perfectly adapted to the needs of modern production lines. The strips can be shaped in different geometric shapes, such as squares, rectangles or circles, or even linearly, offering unprecedented customization for optimal quality control.
The BINT LED STRIPS are also available in the version LINEAR LED BAR (X5 model), mounted in aluminum profiles with satin cover for protection and uniform lighting, who offer a remarkable functionality combined with a extremely pleasant aesthetics and not invasive.
Advantages
Extreme Flexibility: BINT LED STRIPS can be easily adapted to any shape or surface. With a length that can reach up to 4 meters in total, these strips offer unique flexibility, making them suitable for situations where traditional lighting may be ineffective or to create dynamic lighting.
Compactness and Lightness: the extremely small dimensions (40 mm wide and 1 mm thick) make these strips perfect for applications in tight spaces, where size matters. Thanks to their support with double-sided adhesive tape, BINT LED STRIPS can be mounted quickly and with extreme precision in any position.
Low Voltage and Safety: STRIPLED BINT operate at low voltage, they can be handled without electrical risks. They do not generate heat and ensure continuous operation without compromising the safety of operators and processing.
Benefits
Dynamic Stroboscopic Vision: thanks to their flexibility, BINT LED STRIPS can be creatively positioned, facilitating stroboscopic observations on surfaces that are difficult to light. The ability to create irregular geometric shapes greatly improves the effectiveness of visual quality control.
Easy and Precise Assembly: STRIPLED BINT can be fixed in any position thanks to the adhesive support, simplifying installation and reducing production line downtime. The adjustable length of up to 4 meters allows it to be adapted to any industrial need.
Operational Security: working at low voltage and without heating, these LED strips are ideal for industrial environments where safety and temperature control are essential.
Technical characteristics
Available with lengths 50/100/150 cm
Applications
Stroboscopic Inspection in Complex Environments: STRIPLED BINT can be applied directly to curved or angled surfaces, ideal for quality control on complex production lines.
Geometric Shapes for Optimized Lighting: These LED strips have been designed to create personalized and irregular shapes, such as squares or circles, ensuring complete coverage of the material being processed and of any object placed under observation. Ideal for applications on ZOOTROPES.
Installed fixedly near the field to be illuminated, the Strip LED BINT are used to visually analyze any periodic or rotational motion and to measure its speed. Their applications are varied, in the various sectors of industrial production and maintenance, research and teaching: measurement of rotation speed, frequency or period - observations on printing, textile and packaging machines - label control - control of vibrations, mechanical deformations, cable marking, quality control - studies on the cavitation of propeller blades - fluid movement - etc.
The importance of predictive maintenance
For every production reality, predictive maintenance is of fundamental importance to increase production efficiency, reduce machine downtime, contain operating costs and improve quality and profitability.
BINT LED Stroboscopes are the ideal tools for preventing costly problems and ensuring the success of a predictive maintenance program.

Do you need a replacement probe?
We can provide replacement probes both in case the probe breaks and if the customer wants to have both types of probe (standard and flat).
The probes are interchangeable after recalibrating the instrument, which is carried out using the ST200 Calibration System.
The technical details of the probes and the calibration system are available on the side or by downloading the PDF with the button below.
SM5 - Standard probe
The head of the measuring probe, to allow the most precise possible positioning of the pre-brush spring, is shaped with a 120° wide “V” groove and
central cylindrical recess with diameter 5 mm and depth 1.5 mm, for housing the cylindrical pressure finger of helical spiral pre-brush springs:
- total probe height = 8 mm
- dimensions 16 x 10 x 8 mm
SM5/F - Flat probe
For special applications or for specific customer needs, the probe head is flat, without the “V” slot and the cylindrical recess, the height of the probe is smaller:
- without “V” groove and cylindrical recess
· total probe height = 7 mm
- dimensions 16 x 10 x 7 mm
ST200 - Calibration System
The probes are interchangeable after re-calibrating the instrument, carried out using the optional ST200 Calibration System, which is also used to periodically check the correct calibration of the probe over time.
The ST200 Calibration System is supplied with a sample weight of 2 kg
Kelvin cables
The four-terminal (Kelvin) measurement method uses two leads for current and two for voltage, to eliminate the resistance of the measurement leads and improve accuracy.
There are two different types of Kelvin Leads, the length of the lead can be customized.
KB7 - Kelvin cable
Pair of Kelvin KB7 type measuring cables with crocodile clips with max opening 7mm -
Cable length = 1.60m
KB32 - Kelvin cable
Pair of Kelvin KB32 type measuring cables with crocodile clips with max opening 32mm -
Cable length = 1 m
