The 20044 microohmmeter is a small instrument with great performance, capable of achieving an exceptional resolution of 0.1μΩ on a lower flow rate of 3200μΩ. It is the size of a normal handheld multimeter with a weight of only 300g and can fit comfortably in a shirt pocket.

It is powered by a 5000mAh lithium battery that allows a battery life of up to about 60 hours with a maximum charge of 6-10 hours. Although designed for field service, the 32000 point measurement guarantees more than sufficient precision even for the normal production and/or laboratory environment in an easy-to-use and highly maneuverable instrument in an unusual look.

 

Thanks to the color touch display, a lot of information is present on the main window, together with the measurement, but by accessing other windows it is possible to set and select the desired operating conditions and the parameters concerning the secondary measurement. All these settings are automatically saved when turned off and recalled when turned on, including the language selected between Italian and English.

 

It is also possible to display the measurement in graphic form of 240 points of unlimited duration with an acquisition every 0.5 seconds of vertical sensitivity selectable between 1 point/div and 3200 points/div.

Do you need a replacement probe?

We can provide replacement probes both in case the probe breaks and if the customer wants to have both types of probe (standard and flat).
The probes are interchangeable after recalibrating the instrument, which is carried out using the ST200 Calibration System.

SM5 - Standard probe

The head of the measuring probe, to allow the most precise possible positioning of the pre-brush spring, is shaped with a 120° wide “V” groove and
central cylindrical recess with diameter 5 mm and depth 1.5 mm, for housing the cylindrical pressure finger of helical spiral pre-brush springs:

ST200 - Calibration System

Kelvin cables

The four-terminal (Kelvin) measurement method uses two leads for current and two for voltage, to eliminate the resistance of the measurement leads and improve accuracy.

There are two different types of Kelvin Leads, the length of the lead can be customized.
